Sourdough making is a 3 day process. During the class you will be making your starter. Supplies will be needed at your home to complete the dough. You are more than welcome to bring your own supplies, or we will supply them for you!

1. Workshop with baker kit - $90

Includes:

Kitchen scale, 1 large jar, 10" sourdough proofing basket, dough whisk, scoring knife, plastic brush, metal scraper, and plastic scraper.

2. Workshop ONLY - $70

You bring your own supplies

Price includes 90 minute class followed by private shopping including 10% off any purchase. Complimentary wine will be served, but feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks too!
